Bhuvan Bam came from Maharashtra and was born on January 22, 1994, to Avnindra and Padma Bam in the city of Vadodara, Gujarat. His relatives eventually settled in Delhi. He received a bachelor’s degree in history from Delhi University’s Shaheed Bhagat Singh College after finishing up at Green Fields School in Delhi. Due to a COVID-19 infection, both of Bam’s parents passed away in 2021.

Bhuvan Bam got his start on the web by posting a video in which he made fun of a reporter for asking a grieving mother inappropriate questions about her son’s death in the Kashmir floods. After the video’s success in Pakistan, Bam decided to launch his own YouTube channel in June 2015.

Bam stars in and produces comedic films for the YouTube channel BB Ki Vines, in which he plays the lead role of a city adolescent who has wacky chats with his friends and family. He has played many different characters, including Bhuvan, Banchoddas, Sameer Fuddi, Titu Mama, Bablu, Janki, Mrs. Verma, Adrak Baba, Mr. Hola, Papa Maakichu, Detective Mangloo, Dr. Sehgal, and Babli Sir, earning him over 25 million subscribers on YouTube.

Bam shoots the films himself using the front camera of a smartphone. He began sharing his creations on Facebook before switching to YouTube. Bam’s music video for “Teri Meri Kahani” was released in August 2016. Sang Hoon Tere, Safar, Rahguzaar, and Ajnabee came afterward. Plus Minus, where he co-starred with Divya Dutt, garnered him a Filmfare nomination for best actor. Titu Talks is a YouTube series he launched in December 2018 with Shah Rukh Khan as the first guest. It was in 2019 when he uploaded the song “Ajnabee” to his YouTube page.

On the cover of the Hindustan Times for the second time, Bam’s brunch appeared that October of 2021.
