Brutally Honest Season 1 Release Date: CBS is hoping that Ashley Tisdale will be the next big thing in comedy for the network. The network is now working on the one-camera comedy Brutally Honest, which will star Tisdale.
The comedy, which is loosely based on Tisdale’s life, shows how having a baby can ruin, save, change, destroy, and inspire your marriage all before lunch.
Sarah Haskins and Emily Halpern, who worked together on the critically acclaimed ABC comedy Trophy Wife and the 2019 movie Booksmart, will write the script for the CBS Studios project. Tisdale will also be one of the people in charge of making the show.
Haskins and Halpern are back on CBS with Brutally Honest. They wrote the Patricia Heaton comedy Carol’s Second Act for the network. The two have an overall deal with CBS Studios, where they work. Tisdale is represented by the agencies Untitled, Gersh, and the lawyer Tara Kole. Haskins and Halpern work for UTA, Rise Management, and Warren Dern, an attorney.
Brutally Honest Season 1 Release Date
According to CBS, the first season of Brutally Honest will broadcast in 2023. Ashley Tisdale will feature in the semi-autobiographical comedy “How Having a Baby Can Ruin, Save, Change, Destroy, and Inspire Your Marriage… All Before Lunch,” according to the Eye.
