An anime television series based on the manga series Bungou Stray Dog (alternatively spelled Bung Sutorei Doggusu in Japanese) has been released in Japan.
On December 4, 2012, Kafka Asagiri and Sango Harukawa debuted their manga series, which was written and illustrated by them.

Doppo is Osamu’s partner, but he isn’t a major character in the story; however, he plays an important role later on. Doppo, named after the Japanese author Doppo Kunikida, is depicted as a meticulous planner who enjoys meticulously planning out every aspect of his life.
Since Doppo is a methodical person, he likes to plan and keep track of his ideas in a “Ideals” notebook. An interesting side effect of Doppo’s notebook ability is that he can create anything the size of a notebook just by writing in it.
