Cursed, Netflix’s adaptation of the Excalibur tale, premiered in July 2020. There was a favorable response from viewers from all over the world to the show. Cursed was the most-watched online series of the month that premiered on Netflix.
The story revolves around a young girl named “Nimue,” who can control the plants around her. Since she had been accused of witchcraft, she was shunned by society. It’s her fate to be the lake’s melancholy woman. He joins her in her battle against the red paladin as a teenager.
Excalibur, the legendary sword, is at the heart of her quest. As “Nimue’s” journey progresses, we see her character grow as she displays heroic deeds and bravery.
Though it is based on the historical Arthurian legend, it is just a notion.
‘Nimue,’ played by Katherine Langford, is the main character in Cursed. Arthur, Gustaf Skarsgard, Daniel Sharman, Sebastian Armesto, Lily Newmark, Peter Mullan, Shalom Brune-Franklim, Bella Dayne, and Matt Stokoe are the cast members of the new film, Merlin (Green knight).

Cursed Season 2 Release Date
Cursed will return for a second season in early 2022. Cursed’s second season will be released on Netflix on the same day as the first, on July 17th, 2020, as will the Cursed season one debut (According to the journalworldwide.com).
Cursed Season 1 was directed by Zetna Fuentes, Daniel Nettheim, Jon East, and Sarah O’Gorman. Nimue (cursed), Alone (The Red Lake), Festa and Moreii (Bring Us in Good Ale), The Key Queen (Poisons), and the Sacrifice are among the 10 episodes that make up this season (Nimue, Cursed).
While Cursed has 10 episodes planned for Season 2, each episode’s title is up for grabs, just like Season 1’s.

About Cursed Season 2
People throughout the world are eagerly awaiting the second season’s release following the success of the first season. It’s unclear if the production team has begun shooting season 2 or when it expects to get started.
Because of that, it is highly unlikely the show will be canceled in the next two to three years, and Netflix is expected to air it.
“Season 1 was simply the beginning of the tremendous journey that will be followed in the second season of the show,” Katherine Langford said in an interview with the show’s actress.
