Star Trek: Discovery Is Returning For Season 5

On January 18, 2022, Paramount+ made it official that Star Trek: Discovery would be back for a fifth season. Discovery is now the longest-running new Star Trek show since Star Trek: Voyager ended in 2001 after seven seasons. This is because Star Trek: Enterprise was cancelled after its fourth season.

Season 5 of Star Trek: Discovery will also have 10 episodes, making it the shortest season so far.
