Caila Quinn is expecting a child. A kid is on the way for the former “Bachelor” contestant and her husband, Nick Burrello.
On Friday, the 30-year-old reality star told Us Weekly that she is three months along in her pregnancy, a state that “feels too wonderful to be true.”
After finding out she was expecting, Quinn said, “I’ve always wanted to be a mom and am loving the idea that this is finally happening.”
The ex-“Bachelor in Paradise” contestant admitted that she is feeling “more and more enthusiastic” with each passing week of pregnancy, despite suffering from morning sickness and nausea.
She and Burrello started dating at the end of 2017, and they are “going back and forth” on whether to find out the sex of their impending baby.
Quinn announced her upcoming nuptials two years later.
In January of 2020, the lifestyle blogger announced to her Instagram followers, “Can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with my best friend #MrsBtoBe.”
In May of the following year, the pair exchanged vows in a sunny location in Florida.
Sharleen Joynt and Olivia Caridi, two former contestants on “The Bachelor,” were among those present at the event.
The bride, who appeared on Ben Higgins’ season of “The Bachelor” in 2016, said on Instagram, “There are no words to explain how amazing this day was.” I can’t believe how blessed I feel by the kindness of our guests, the skill of our suppliers, and the time I get to spend with my best friend.
‘Thank you to everyone who made this day possible!’ she said. As they say, “This is a day we will never forget!”
This year, Quinn and Burrello celebrated their first wedding anniversary by taking some adorable family photographs with their puppy.
The dog also helped Quinn break the news of her pregnancy to her Harvard-educated boyfriend.
On Friday, she revealed that she had hidden the pregnancy test inside the camel sweater she had purchased for the couple’s dog, Ash. Ash’s pregnancy test slipped out of the couch as Nick invited her to join him.
“Pure astonishment — and delight, of course,” as described by Quinn, was the father-to-initial be’s reaction.
