iPhone 15 Release Date: What to Expect?
Apple will unveil its latest four iPhone flagship ranges in September 2023, including the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max.
Apple’s annual iPhone event is traditionally held in the first two weeks of September, allowing businesses to introduce new iPhones and generate significant revenue before the fiscal quarter ends at the end of the month.
iPhone 15 Expected Release Date
According to well-connected Bloomberg reporter Mark Gurman, Apple is slated to introduce its new iPhone 15 lineup on Tuesday, September 12. Apple’s fall iPhone events are usually held on Tuesdays during the first two weeks of September. Apple may boost iPhone sales before the end of the financial quarter by launching in early September.
Signs are increasingly pointing to Sept. 12 as the iPhone 15 event date, but obviously things can still theoretically change. https://t.co/hVKgjJGMc1

With that in mind, here’s everything we know about Apple’s iPhone 15 release date and subsequent releases.
Apple’s iPhone events are typically held on Tuesdays, except when Labor Day falls on that Monday in the United States. In those circumstances, the possibilities are usually held on a Wednesday so that the media can travel the day before without interfering with the holiday.
Given that the expected week does not include Labor Day this year, a Tuesday event on September 12 would seem likely, but Apple could always opt for a Wednesday event for another reason.
iPhone 15 Pre-order Dates
If Apple reveals the iPhone 15 series on Tuesday, September 12, pre-orders for the new devices would likely begin on Friday, September 15.
Based on Apple’s usual schedule, we anticipate a week later, on Friday, September 22. Depending on supply, customers can pick up the new iPhone 15 models in stores or order them online on the launch day.
iPhone 15 Model Availability
According to reports, Apple’s supply chain has encountered production issues, which could imply that some iPhone 15 models will be in short supply or released slightly later than expected.
In July, The Information revealed that Apple suppliers had difficulty producing iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max displays with reduced bezels. It stated that the problem could lead to a supply constraint when the gadgets are released in September. The issues were believed to be more severe with the Pro Max model.

Bloomberg later reported a “minor hiccup” with the displays but that it should be resolved “within a week or two” and “will not have a noticeable impact on overall production.”
In late July, Display Supply Chain Consultants CEO Ross Young stated that iPhone 15 Pro display shipments are now “ramping” as technical concerns are resolved, boosting the chance that Apple would not delay the release of the iPhone 15 Pro models. In the worst-case scenario, delivery estimates on launch day may slip faster than anticipated.
New iPhone 15 Features
All iPhone 15 models will have a USB-C port rather than a Lightning port, and Dynamic Island will be available for the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus, as well as the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max. That suggests Apple will abandon the notch utilized on the flagship iPhone lineup since the iPhone X in favor of a slimmer, less invasive design.
Apple is expected to launch the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max next month! Here are some of the major changes:

The iPhone 15 variants may come in dark pink and light blue. Apple frequently provides regular iPhone models in various vibrant colors, and this year is no different. The rich pink and blue tones will certainly be offered with the traditional black, white, and PRODUCT(RED) color options that have been available in previous years.
As with the iPhone 14 Pro models, the more expensive iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max will contain features that the less expensive iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus will not have.
In addition to reduced bezels, the iPhone 15 Pro variants are said to have a titanium frame, a configurable Action button, a speedier A17 Bionic CPU, camera enhancements, Wi-Fi 6E support, additional RAM, an updated Ultra Wideband chip, and other features. These new features, together with inflationary pressures, may result in device price rises.
