Why is Country Music Star “Jimmie Allen” Sued for S*xual Ass@ult by his Former Manager?
Country Music Star Jimmie Allen Is Being Sued for S*xual Ass@ult and @buse by his former manager.
In an action filed on Thursday in Tennessee, a woman identified only as “Jane Doe” alleges that the artist “r@ped her and repeatedly subjected her to s*xual abuse and h@rassment over the course of 18 months” while she worked for his management company.
The woman alleges that Allen, 37, assaulted her during a March 2021 business travel to Los Angeles while he was a guest judge on “American Idol.” Jane Doe claims she “drank a couple of glasses of white wine” and passed out at a business dinner with Allen and other industry executives.
The woman claims that she “lost consciousness and awoke n*ked in her hotel room several hours later” with Allen allegedly next to her, urging her to “take Plan B as soon as possible.” She claims she “was ble*ding v@ginally” and “realized she had lost her v!rginity against her will.”

Jane Doe asserts that Allen “s*xually ass@ulted her at red lights, in green rooms, on airplanes, and in other locations where she was required to be in order to support him at events.” According to court documents, the musician “r@ped her privately while ch0king her” and “recorded multiple s*xual encounters to blackm@il her into silence.”

In an interview, she also told Variety, which broke the story first, that he “forc*d his fingers into her v@gina while she tried to y@nk his hand away” in May 2021, shortly after they left the “Ellen DeGeneres” show and got into a vehicle.

My colleague @EWagmeister reported this shocking story about country star Jimmie Allen's former day-to-day manager saying he sexually assaulted her for a year and half, even taking her virginity in a rape. He claims it was a consensual affair. https://t.co/0E9aAnU0vP @variety

Allen disputed all of his former manager’s allegations in a response to Page Six, claiming the couple had a consensu@l rel@tionship for years. Allen explained,
“It is deeply troubling and hurtful that someone I considered to be one of my closest friends, colleagues, and confidants would make false alleg@tions. I admit that we had a s*xual relationship that lasted nearly two years.”
“During that time she never once @ccused me of any wrongdoing, and she spoke of our relationship and friendship as being something she wanted to continue indefinitely. Only after things ended between us, did she hire a lawyer to reach out and ask for money, which leads me to question her motives.”
“The simple fact is, her accus@tions are not only f@lse but also extremely damaging. I’ve worked extremely hard to develop my career, and I intend to vigor0usly defend myself against her alleg@tions and take any further legal action required to safeguard my reputation.”
Allen is being sued for s*xual ass@ult, false imprisonment, s*x trafficking, and emotional distress by Jane Doe. In addition, she is suing Wide Open Music and its proprietor, Ash Bowers, for gross negligence and participation in a s*x trafficking business.
Jane Doe claims that she and another individual complained to Bowers and Wide Open Music about Allen’s “inappropriate behavior” and how “uncomfortable” it was to work with the singer.
Bowers is accused of normalizing Allen’s s*xual har@ssment and terminating her in retaliation. Bowers stated in a separate statement that he did not terminate Jane Doe in retaliation, but rather after the label severed ties with Allen.
Three weeks after Allen and his wife, Alexis Gale, announced their div0rce after nearly three years of marriage, the complaint was lodged.
