What Could Be Possible Link Between Online Gaming Dispute and Armed Home Invasion in Braintree Massachusetts?
A disagreement over online gaming may have been the catalyst for an armed house invasion in Braintree, Massachusetts. It is possible that a disagreement regarding internet gaming was the catalyst for an armed house invasion that took place on Tuesday at a residence in Braintree, Massachusetts.
Around 7:40 p.m., officers responded to a call to a residence located on Bickford Road, where they discovered two residents of the home outside the building. Two of the people suspected of cutting down trees are shown on surveillance video owned by Hearst and filmed as they approach a house in Braintree, Massachusetts.

One of the victims, who looked to have only minor face injuries, stated that three guys who entered the home attacked them. According to him, he heard a knock on the door and answered it, only to be attacked right away, the police claimed.
The victim and the other occupant both stated that one of the men had a gun concealed in his waistband when they were attacked. The suspects, according to the statements made by the police, called the victim by name and stayed in the house for a brief period of time before fleeing in a compact black automobile, possibly a BMW.
Officials have stated that a motive for the crime is being examined, but they have speculated that it may be tied to online gaming and other activities that take place online as claimed by WCVB.
