It’s breaking up now. Lisa Hochstein of Real Housewives of Miami and her husband, Lenny Hochstein, went public with their divorce in May 2022. That was just the beginning of a contentious legal process.
Shortly after the plastic surgeon and model, Katharina Mazepa were spotted partying together in Miami, Lenny announced the breakup. He said in a May 2022 statement:
“Lisa and I are getting divorced. A few weeks ago, I denied this because I was trying my best to protect my family during this process. It is true that I am seeing Katharina, but none of this happened until after the decision was made to get divorced. This is a very difficult time, and I would ask for some privacy so that we can best take care of our children, who mean the world to us.”
The former couple wed in October 2009 and welcomed children Logan in July 2015 and Elle in September 2019. Lisa claimed in November 2022 that she could not provide for her children because she had been cut off financially by Lenny during their violent divorce.
After her payment was declined while trying to “buy diapers and food,” the Bravolebrity accused her divorced spouse of failing to load funds onto his American Express card for months, according to records.
The documents claimed by Us showed:
“Lenny’s clear strategy now is to force [Lisa] into submission by refusing to provide Lisa or minor children with any direct support. Lenny has the ability to throw lavish parties but doesn’t have the ability or desire to provide support to Lisa and the parties’ two young children?”
Later documents reviewed revealed that the Russian national claims Lisa has made “monotonous and repetitive requests” for “excessive temporary support” while he provides for his family.
Lenny, on the other hand, has denied the accusations. Lenny is putting his ex’s resentment aside and concentrating on his children.

How Long Ago Did Lisa and Lenny Break Up?
After first refuting the separation rumors, Lenny announced in May 2022 that he and Lisa were indeed splitting up. After Page Six reported that Lisa and co-star Larsa Pippen had confronted Lenny and Mazepa at a Miami party, the celebrity surgeon went public with his new romance.
Lisa shared the video of the argument from May 2022 on her Instagram Story in December of that year. Lenny told US that the clip was “a setup” and wanted to give Lisa as much space as possible. Every chance she gets, she’ll try to paint me in a negative light.
A judge ruled in April 2023 that Lenny must pay his estranged wife $8,000 per month in temporary support. According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the doctor was also ordered to “maintain the status quo” to provide for his children’s financial needs.
Lenny told in January 2023 that his children were his top priority during the divorce proceedings. The father of two said:
“Whatever happens, I want to make sure they have a great life and are taken care of and want for nothing.
