Revealed Truth About Lori Vallow Daybell: Guilty of Mu*dering Her Children and Her Husband’s Ex-wife!

A jury found Lori Vallow Daybell guilty on all charges that she ki!led her two children and tried to kil! her husband’s first wife.

Vallow Daybell was charged with two counts of first-degree murd*r and three counts of plot in 2019 for the murders of her children, Tylee Ryan, 17, and Joshua “JJ” Vallow, 7, as well as Chad Daybell’s first wife, Tammy Daybell. She pleaded not guilty.

She will get a life term when she is found guilty. On Thursday afternoon, the seven men and five women on the jury started talking about the case. By Friday afternoon, they all agreed that the person was guilty.

Vallow Daybell didn’t move as the judge’s decision was read out loud. She will be moved from Ada County to Fremont County for more punishment and court processes. Judge Steven Boyce said that it will take about three months to decide on a sentence.

According to an indictment from May 2021, Vallow Daybell was charged with grand theft because she was thought to have changed her bank accounts to get Social Security payments for her de@d children.

East Idaho News reported that prosecutors said on Thursday that she didn’t report her children missi*g so she could keep getting the money. Larry Woodcock, JJ’s real grandpa, thanked the jury outside the courtroom after the decision was read, according to CNN affiliate KBOI-TV.

“Thank y’all, thank y’all, thank y’all,” he said with arms spread. “What they went through, what they saw, is mind-boggling.”

Before putting an end to their case on Tuesday, the defense filed a Rule 29 petition asking for a judgment of acquittal before the case goes to the jury. They did this because, according to KBOI-TV, there wasn’t enough evidence to back the accus@tions. Judge Steven Boyce denied the application for all reasons on Thursday.

Vallow Daybell’s lawyer, Jim Archibald, said Thursday that Lori is being charged with the plot because no one here thinks she actually killed anyone.
