On the night of September 12, 2022, Valencia Prime, at the age of 25 years old, went away. The proprietor of Tabu Lounge & Sports Bar, Jeffrey Scotland, told all to NBC News during an interview.

Christina, Valencia, and Valencia’s mother, Valencia’s all shared the tragic news of her daughter’s death on Facebook. “25 yrs ago, April 2 at 7:58 pm, I gave birth to my 2nd kid, and now I’m making funeral preparations,” she said in the post.
Nikita Sinnn Monroe, a friend and fellow performer of Valencia’s, put up a GoFundMe page on Wednesday to help with funeral costs. To aid her family, the page has already raised almost $10,000.
Nikita posted the following on her GoFundMe page: “Dearest friends and family, With deep sorrow, we must inform you that our beloved Valencia Prime has died away. We hope the community will pitch in to assist her mother and other family members in planning the fitting tribute she deserves.

Brittany Lynn, a member of the drag community, wrote a touching Facebook tribute to Valencia. “Valencia Prime, you will be much missed,” she penned. Sexuality scholar and burlesque performer Dr. Timaree Schmit tweeted, “This community has endured so much tragedy in the previous several years. Talented and lovely, Valencia Prime was a pleasure to be around. “Rest in power, baby.”
