Queen Of The South Season 6 Release Date
After the release of season five, the series was declared to be over. There would be no more installments.
Another factor working against the show being renewed is the general dissatisfaction with season six among viewers. But despite all of this, the show’s producers have decided against a new season.
If the show is picked up for a sixth season, it will premiere in 2023, regardless of whether it is renewed. While no official word has been given yet, it is expected to run until at least the end of the year 2023 if the show is not renewed.
Queen of the South Season 6 Plot
Alice Braga, a Brazilian actress, plays Teresa Mendoza. Braga’s previous credits include City of God (2002) and Lower City (2005), both of which received high praise before she was cast in Queen of the South. Queen of the South is Braga’s first major television appearance in the United States, as her previous roles were all in non-English speaking roles.

Hemky Madera portrays Pote Galvez, a former Vargas Cartel commander who appears to be one of Theresa’s most steadfast allies. From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series, New Girl, and Agent X are all examples of Galvez’s work in English-language television shows.
Eddie Brucks, a singer trying to overcome his troubled past, is played by Bailey Chase, who joins the cast in Season 4. Chicago P.D., Grimm, 24: Legacy, and David Lynch’s Twin Peaks remake are some of Chase’s best-known roles.
Ryan O’Nan, a Texas marijuana smuggler, portrays King George, who helps Theresa build her kingdom. For his roles in Fargo and Ray Donovan, O’Nan was best known. While he is known for his acting, O’Nan is making his mark as a filmmaker and writer as well. He served as a story editor on Queen of the South.”
