In his book, Noah emphasises the fact that his parents’ interracial relationship was illegal at the time of his birth. Career life of Trevor Noah
When the South African soap opera Isidingo first aired in 2002, Noah had a brief role in an episode. Thereafter, he became the host of Noah’s Ark, a popular youth radio program on YFM in Gauteng. He has shared the stage with such South African comics as David Kau, Kagiso Lediga, Riaad Moosa, Darren Simpson, Marc Lottering, Barry Hilton, and Nik Rabinowitz, as well as international comics like Paul Rodriguez, Carl Barron, Dan Ilic, and Paul Zerdin, and he was the opening act for American comic Gabriel Iglesias in November 2007 and Canadian comic Russell Peters on his South African tour.
His Twitter account has come under fire for jokes that have been criticized for being antisemitic or criticizing the Holocaust since his appointment as Stewart’s replacement was announced. Tweeting back, Noah said, “To restrict my views to a few jokes that didn’t land is not a realistic portrayal of my character, nor my progress as a comic.” Noah’s network, Comedy Central, issued a statement of support, saying, “Trevor Noah is, like many comedians, a boundary-breaker; he is provocative and doesn’t hold back, not even from himself. Judging him or his comic abilities based on small sample size is not fair. Having a long and successful career at Comedy Central is well within reach for Trevor.” South African Jewish Board of Deputies (SAJBD) chair Mary Kluk remarked that the comments were not indicative of anti-Jewish bias and were typical of Noah’s comedic style. Old stand-up videos of Noah have surfaced online, and in them, he is shown making jokes about Aboriginal women and the Marikana massacre, for which he has received more criticism.

Trevor Noah, the host of a late-night talk show, is now unattached. Taylor, a model, composer, and real estate agent who he dated formerly, is currently single and none of the above. Trevor had dated South African physiotherapist Dani Gabriel before he started dating Jordyn. Both were originally from South Africa, where they first crossed paths while Trevor was back in his homeland. Five years passed during which they were together. Dani Gabriel was Trevor Noah’s biggest fan and accompanied him on several trips. As the comedian’s rigidity increased, the relationship suffered. Dani continues to be Trevor’s biggest fan, though.
