It is highly impossible that Prince Albert will die until the founder Daisy Goodwin is able to substantially disappear from history. Season 3 ends with the Great Exhibition of 1851, and the Prince is expected to live for another ten years, according to records.
The fourth season, which is believed to be the darkest in the series, would most likely take place in the year 1852. It’s going to be a turbulent time in London’s history, and as Daisy Goodman foretold, a key player will die during it.
